Shipping

We currently ship worldwide from our UK warehouse, with delivery options available at checkout based on your location.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).

International Orders

We've partnered with Global-e to offer seamless international shopping. Global-e is our trusted partner for international checkout, enabling local currencies, tax and duty-inclusive pricing, and secure payment handling.

  • All international orders are shipped from our UK warehouse via tracked services through our fulfilment partner Asendia
  • Delivery timelines vary by destination (typically 5–14 business days)
  • All applicable taxes and duties are calculated and included at checkout
  • You won’t pay anything extra on delivery
  • You'll receive a Global-e tracking link once your order ships

Note: We are currently unable to ship to Russia due to courier restrictions.

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

We hope you love your pieces, but if you need to make a return or exchange, you can do so through our Returns Portal here:

Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with no signs of wear. Refunds will be issued once your return is received and processed.

UK & US Returns

Returns are handled through our prepaid service at a flat rate which will be deducted from your refund. You’ll receive your label during the returns process.

International Returns

If you're returning from outside the UK & US, you're welcome to use any courier of your choice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Please ensure your items are securely packaged to avoid any damage in transit. Returns that arrive in a visibly worn or damaged condition may not be eligible for a refund.
