We aim to post all orders with 24 hours of the order being placed. We offer both economy and express services, prices can be seen at checkout and are based on location and weight of the parcel.
If an order is returned as ‘return to sender/undelivered’ the cost of reshipment is the customer's responsibility.
Please bear in mind it is your responsibility to pay any taxes or customs charges that may be incurred once the items arrive in your country. For shipping to the EU, orders under €150 will not incur VAT or custom charges.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
We will issue the refund once the item has been returned.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them to be applicable for a refund.
As we are still a small business we do not offer a free returns service, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the refund amount will only be for the original cost of the item (excluding shipping costs). Items are returned at your own risk; we highly recommend using a trackable method of postage as we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post.
