What is Swap Protect?

Swap Protect is an optional shipping protection service you can add at checkout.

It covers your order in the event of:

If something happens, you can quickly raise a claim and get a resolution without the usual back-and-forth.

1. Add protection at checkout
Swap Protect is offered during checkout. You can choose to add it or remove it before completing your order.

2. Track your order
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel.

3. Make a claim (if needed)
If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can submit a claim through the Swap portal in just a few clicks.

If your claim is approved, you’ll receive a replacement or refund, depending on availability and your preference.

Swap Protect is designed to make issue resolution quick and hassle-free, without long delays or investigation processes.

To ensure your claim is valid, please follow these guidelines:

Marked as delivered but not received:
Submit your claim after 3 days and within 30 days
Lost in transit (not marked delivered):
Submit after 5 days from last tracking update
All claims must be submitted within 30 days of your order date

Swap Protect is specifically designed to protect your parcel while it’s on its way to you, not after delivery or during returns.

No — Swap Protect is completely optional.

If you choose not to add shipping protection, responsibility for the parcel passes to you once your order has been dispatched.

Swap Protect also supports carbon offsetting, helping to reduce the environmental impact of shipping by contributing to reforestation projects.
