What is Swap Protect?

Swap Protect is an optional add-on you can choose at checkout. It gives you a faster, simpler route to a replacement or refund if your parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit — without waiting for a carrier investigation to conclude.

The cost is shown at checkout and is based on your order value.

What it covers

• Parcels lost in transit
• Parcels marked as delivered but not received
• Items damaged in transit

How to make a claim

Swap Protect claims are handled in a separate portal from standard returns. To make a claim, use:

You'll need your order number and, for damage claims, photographs of the item and packaging.

If your parcel arrived fine and you simply want to send something back, that's a standard return — use our returns portal instead.

If you didn't add Swap Protect

Your legal rights are unaffected.

If your parcel does not arrive, get in touch via our Contact Page and we will investigate with the carrier and put it right.
