Magic Carpet Ride

Magic Carpet Ride is rooted in festival fields, drawing from the golden age of bohemia, where folk detail, festival dressing and richly layered influences from across the world came together in the most beautiful way.

It’s the kind of collection that feels like it’s been gathered over time, piece by piece, each one like something found on some faraway adventure.

Magic Carpet Ride

Magic Carpet Ride is rooted in festival fields, drawing from the golden age of bohemia, where folk detail, festival dressing and richly layered influences from across the world came together in the most beautiful way.

Inspired by decorative carpets and beautifully ornate textiles, the collection is built around bold, story-filled prints, intricate embroidery and crochet textures that feel rich with history.

From floaty kaftans and dramatic capes to embroidered maxis, flowing dresses and soft cotton pieces, the collection carries that unmistakable sense of freedom that defined an era.

Antique carpet motifs, sun-faded stripes, mirror work and handcrafted details run throughout, echoing vintage festival style and embroidered keepsakes. Every piece has that collected feel, like something discovered along the way.

It’s the kind of collection that feels like it’s been gathered over time, piece by piece, each one like something found on some faraway adventure.

Magic Carpet Ride: The Story Behind the Collection

A note from Naomi Hession

Inspired by the Steppenwolf song, I wanted to create something rich, layered and full of depth, a tapestry-style design that felt like it had a history to it. Something you might find folded into a market stall, slightly sun-faded, full of colour and detail.
