2. Ordering from Us

Eligibility

By placing an order with us, you confirm that:

  • All information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract (or have the consent of a parent or guardian if you are under the age of 18).

Formation of Contract

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of the order. Acceptance is confirmed once we have dispatched the goods, at which point a binding contract is formed.

In the event we are unable to fulfil your order (for example, due to stock availability), we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund for any amounts paid.

3. Prices & Payment

Prices for our products are displayed in your local currency and include any applicable taxes and duties. We partner with Global-e, a trusted global e-commerce provider, to offer a seamless international checkout process. The final amount payable, including shipping costs, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Klarna

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. All available options, along with associated costs, will be displayed at checkout.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to external factors, such as customs processing, over which we have no control. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information.

International orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis, meaning all duties and taxes are included in your order total, and there will be no additional charges upon delivery.

5. Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 21 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In their original condition, with all tags attached

Non-returnable items include:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Any items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage

Returns Process:

  • UK returns: A pre-paid Royal Mail label is available through our returns portal. A fee of £4.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.
  • International returns: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the returned item(s).

Exchanges:

Exchanges for different sizes or styles are available subject to stock. Please use our returns portal to initiate an exchange.

6. Gift Cards

We offer digital gift cards, which are delivered by email and can be used for purchases on our website. Gift cards are non-refundable and have no expiry date unless otherwise stated.

7. Product Descriptions

We take care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to factors such as individual monitor settings and the nature of certain materials.

If we identify an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will contact you promptly to offer the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling it for a full refund.

Our liability to you under these Terms is limited to the value of your order unless otherwise required by law.

We are not liable for any:

  • Losses not caused by our breach of these Terms
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Mobile Terms of Service - The Hippie Shake

The The Hippie Shake mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by The Hippie Shake (“The Hippie Shake”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to The Hippie Shake’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of The Hippie Shake through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with The Hippie Shake. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to HippieShake or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other The Hippie Shake mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.For Service support or assistance, text HELP to HippieShake or email info@thehippieshake.co.uk.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
