Shipping
We ship worldwide from our UK warehouse, with delivery options available at checkout depending on where you are in the world.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). During busier periods, this may take a little longer — but we’ll always get your order out as quickly as possible.
UK Shipping
Standard Shipping: £3.95 3-5 business days
Express Shipping: £7.95 1-2 business days
Free Standard Shipping: On orders over £150
We usually ship via Royal Mail (Standard) or DHL (Express), with delivery to InPost 24 hour lockers available.
International Shipping
Wherever you are, we’ve got you covered.
Shipping rates and options are shown at checkout based on your location.
Delivery
Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days depending on destination
All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse using Fedex fully tracked services
Duties & Taxes
We’ve partnered with Swap to make international shopping as smooth as possible:
Prices are shown in your local currency
Duties and taxes are included in our pricing and at checkout
No surprise fees when your order arrives
For US orders, state taxes are calculated separately at checkout (where applicable).
Shipping Insurance (Optional)
At checkout, you’ll have the option to add Swap Protect shipping insurance for a small fee.
This covers your order in the event of loss, theft, or damage in transit. If you choose not to add insurance, responsibility for the parcel passes to you once it has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can keep an eye on its journey.
A Few Things to Note

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout — we can’t be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, reshipping costs will need to be covered by the customer

Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside our control

We’re currently unable to ship to Russia due to courier restrictions.

Returns Window
Items can be returned within 21 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition

Free from marks, damage, or signs of wear

Returned with original packaging (including shoe boxes in re-sellable condition)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
UK Returns
Return fee: £3.95 via Royal Mail using a pre-paid label from our returns portal, sent to our UK warehouse (Exclusive Logistics)
Available options: Refund, store credit via a gift voucher, or an exchange.

Return fee: $8 USD via USPS, using a pre-paid label from our returns portal, sent to our USA warehouse (Retail Reworks)

International Returns
For all other international regions return fee varies by region. Returns are to be sent to our UK warehouse (Exclusive Logistics) using a pre-paid Fedex label from the Swap returns portal. You may also choose to return using your own courier.
Available options: Refund or Store credit (Exchanges are not offered for international orders.)

IMPORTANT: for International Returns
When returning items from outside the UK:

You must mark your parcel as “Returned Goods”

Include your original order number on the customs declaration
If this is not clearly stated, the parcel may be treated as a new import and any duties, taxes, or handling fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once your return has been received and processed.

Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account after processing
Packaging
Please ensure your return is packaged carefully to avoid damage in transit.

Shoe boxes must be returned undamaged

Items returned in poor condition may not be accepted
