Deep burgundy, intricate folk embroidery and long, flowing sleeves give our Crimson Moon Red Embroidered Midi Dress its unmistakable seventies romance. Inspired by the wardrobe of Stevie Nicks, we spent time perfecting this longer, flattering shape, bringing together a fitted embroidered bodice with a softly flowing, subtly printed viscose midi skirt. The sheer balloon sleeves add beautiful movement, while the square keyhole neckline, covered button cuffs and delicate floral detailing give it the character of a treasured vintage find. Finished with a metal back zip and a lined bodice for comfort.
We wanted to create something for the dreamers who love all the detail of our embroidered minis but prefer a longer length. Picture Stevie backstage at a Fleetwood Mac show in 1975, with a long pendant necklace, knee-high boots and a fringed shawl draped over her shoulders. Style it with our Rebel Revolver Black Studded Long Boots and layer the Moonflower Cream Embroidered Penny Lane Coat over the top for colder evenings. The deep red tones and flowing shape make it a beautiful choice for winter gatherings, live music and evenings that deserve something a little more special.
